Your members download the GroupFire app from the App Store or Google Play, and inside it they see your organization -- your logo, your colors, your sign-in page at yourname.groupfire.com. We deliberately do not publish a separate app per organization: one well-maintained app means every community gets every improvement the day it ships, instead of waiting on a separate store review. Members who never install anything still get full value by text and mobile web.

Most communities are fully up and running within 2-4 weeks. We help you import members, configure your branding, set up Skye with your organization's own documents, and train your admins. Larger organizations get a dedicated onboarding manager.
