Mobile App Redesign
We redesigned our iOS and Android apps from the ground up with a focus on speed and usability. The new apps feature improved navigation with bottom tab bars, faster load times with optimized caching, and a beautiful dark mode option. Member profiles, group feeds, and event details all load instantly with skeleton screens for a smooth experience.
Bulk Member Import
Import hundreds or thousands of members at once using our new CSV and Excel import tool. The importer includes intelligent field mapping, automatic duplicate detection based on email or phone, and a full preview before committing. Perfect for migrating from another platform or importing member lists from external systems.
New Analytics Dashboard
We completely redesigned the analytics experience with a brand-new dashboard featuring real-time engagement metrics, member activity heatmaps, and customizable reporting widgets. Admins can now track message open rates, event attendance trends, and member growth at a glance. Export any report to CSV or PDF with a single click.
SMS Messaging
Send text messages directly to your community members from the GroupFire admin dashboard. SMS messaging supports bulk sends, scheduled delivery, personalization tokens, and delivery tracking. Reach members who prefer texts over email or push notifications, and track engagement across all channels in one place.
Custom Branding 2.0
Enhanced white-label customization gives you even more control over your branded experience. Customize splash screens, onboarding flows, email templates, and every touchpoint with your community. New color theme builder, custom font support, and the ability to add your own CSS for pixel-perfect branding.
Payment Processing
Integrated Stripe payment processing is now available for all plans. Collect membership dues, event registration fees, and donations directly through GroupFire. Automatic invoicing, receipt generation, and revenue reporting are built in. Supports one-time payments and recurring subscriptions.
