GroupFire on the App Store and Google Play
The GroupFire app is now publicly available on both the App Store and Google Play. Members sign in and land straight in their own organization — its logo, its colors, its people. Members who never install anything still get everything by text and mobile web; the app is an upgrade, not a requirement.
Skye, the AI concierge members can text
Members text a question and get a real answer — event times, locations, who to contact — drawn from the organization’s own uploaded documents and calendar, with citations. Skye takes RSVPs by text, sends day-of briefings built from each member’s actual RSVPs, and never invents an answer. She is live today, answering real member texts at a real chapter.
Event photo recaps
Every event can close with a photo recap — a shared album members can like and comment on, per photo. The half of your community that missed the event sees what they missed, which is what makes them come to the next one.
Surveys and polls
Build a survey with seven question types, send it down the same multi-channel path as everything else, and read responses as they arrive. Post-event pulse checks go out by text, where people actually answer them.
The new GroupFire, live in production
After a year of work, GroupFire was rebuilt from the ground up — not an update to the old platform but a new one, running its first live organization since 23 June 2026. Faster, modern, and built so that everything from announcements to dues to the AI concierge lives in one place.
