GroupFire is looking for a masterful UI/UX designer to join the team and lead design across all platforms. We need a design leader, not a lead designer. You will mold our rough product ideas into real, useful, amazing experiences.
Responsible for all front end, mobile and backend UX and UI.
Own the style guide.
Manage design iteration cycles, versioning, and the general design workflow.
Make design recommendations and defend those decisions.
Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
Create prototypes, wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
User Focused. Agile and able to build functional prototypes.
Up to date on the latest prototyping and layout technologies. Live and breath latest and greatest design patterns.
Scrappy - whiteboards, chalk, smoke signals. Whatever it takes to make your ideas come to life, you’ll make it work
